Unusual and interesting hotel

This is an unusual hotel. Restaurant is the main business, it appears, and the number of unit is small (less than 20). Room is spacious by Japanese standard and beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has an old-fashioned tub and is not very practical. The hotel is surrounded by many trees and is very quiet. Breakfast service is limited in allotted time and menu (set), but quality is high.

ホテルの雰囲気、設備、朝食もどれを取っても良かったです。 特に、妻の評価が良かったです。 荷物が多くなければ、軽井沢の駅から徒歩でも可能です。

美味しい、可愛い、丁寧。料理もお部屋もサービスも妥協したくないなら、おススメです。あと、パン好きな方。ハリウッドルームに宿泊したのですが、ウエルカムサービス 新鮮な果物が！ホテルとは違う静けさと暖かさがありました。またお泊りしたいです。

食事がとにかく美味しい。それだけでも宿泊する価値がある。 部屋は広くはなく決して快適とは言えないかもしれない。クローゼットがないので2泊以上する場合は荷物の置き場所に困る。風呂は広く、特徴のあるレイアウトのため使い勝手は良くはないが不便もない。部屋でくつろぐという人には向いていない。外に出ることが多い人にいいと思う。 スタッフの方々がみなさんとても親切で感じがよく気持ちよく過ごせる。

A cute bed/breakfast place!

Really loved the room, the service and the location. (try to get a room facing away from the main road... our room was facing the road so we could hear cars passing by) The only complaint is how cold the room was! It was -5 degrees C at one point of the night. My husband and I were freezing because the bed blankets were so thin. We didnt realize how thin the blankets were until bedtime which was a bit past 10:00pm.. and the front desk was not available anymore. The room had a heater but no humidifier so we didnt want to dry out our skin or our throats while sleeping. I am not the type of person to let the heater run through the night...They did provide us a cell phone number we can reach one their staff at but we decided to just deal with it by combining our blankets. The shower room floors are made out of tiles which makes it super COLD when you walk.... there is a small little heater in the shower room but it's not enough(like really small). Your warm body after stepping out of the bath is faced with the cold/cold floors.. :( so you're basically freezing again. I would love to come here again in the spring/summer but never again in the winter!!! It's just too cold!!! ><

最高のホテルでした

お値段の割には 最高でした。 部屋の広さ 家具 バス 景色 すべて期待以上でした。 鳥のさえずり 水の音 アロマ アロマCD 良かったです。 ホテルに泊まりたいので また軽井沢に行きたいです。ｽﾄﾚｽ解消には最高です✨

房間的布置讓人覺得很溫馨 放置免費的巧克力和核桃讓你享用 免費的瓶裝水看起來很高極 最讓人欣賞的是服務的˙態度 可以感覺到 旅社希望你覺得受到最熱烈的入住歡迎 晚餐雖然費用較多 但是物超所值 不論食物的擺飾 美味 桌邊服務 都讓你覺得很愉快 雖然語言不通 經由微笑 手勢 真得很快樂

Superb!

Fantastic stay! The room decoration is cosy. Feel like home. As the hotel check in time is 3pm, the luggage can be dropped at the front desk and they would keep it and bring to the room when check in. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant. service and food quality are very good.
