"The lowest temperature today (Jan 11, 2026) in Bikaner was 4 degrees C. As we being seniors we asked for a room heater, previous evening, as there was no central heating. Unfortunately our request was completely ignored. We requested for additional quilt, which was damp when given, so was of no use. We wanted to leave this hotel to another one, but as it was late evening, and we were extremely tired, we had to stay. In the morning both me and my wife, and our senior colleagues couple, got up with severe headache and had to consult our General Practitioner. In our opinion, we request, that our money must be refunded. Also would not recommend any seniors to stay at this Hotel in winter. In addition the room was damp, dirty, no bins, and very poor internet. I can send all the pictures as proof !. "

"Avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they not have my booking, which I had made through expedia two months prior to my travel date, the room they finally gave me was tiny in which you could barely move around. I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting. To top everything, while I was trying to sort the whole issue of them not being able to find my reservation, their General Manager , Jitendra Singh, who I requested to speak to and was available at the property at that time, did not care less and did not bother to come and talk to me. No apologies, minimum effort put into rectify the situation and all I got from them was "Oh . its not our fault, Expedia didn't send us the reservation." I call BS on that. I had to cut my stay short and left a day early. Had to spend another $340.00 to book at Laxmi Niwas Hotel which I should have booked to start with but made the grave mistake of trying this new place."

"A beautiful couple of days in the most stunning hotel.The owner and his staff could not have made me feel more welcome. I love the decoration of the hotel and rooms as you get a glimpse into its rich history. This is my second visit and it will not be my last. "

"The colonel his wife and the staff were all amazing. They went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and an oasis. I wish we would of had more time to spend here. I would have loved to of had the time to get to know everyone better. I cannot recommend this establishment more. If you are even close to Bikaner stay here."

"The property is very good. Gives you a majestic feeling of royalty. Vegetarian foods are not so much in the cuisine. Breakfast wide spread. The front office manager is very friendly. Like the way the welcome the guest. Not to mention 2 lonely dogs well taken care."
