Nice stay make it at least 3 days .

The hotel is very nice. This is our 5th time staying at the same place. Hotel Stuff is very friendly; however, the restaurant is totally different experience. The breakfast that is included with the stay is very poor, compared with previous times we stayed, service at the restaurant is below any acceptable level, and the waiters are openly unfriendly.

In short, it was a terrible experience for me and my family where we wanted to relax and spend a good holiday in that amazing city. First by the check in, the reception employee said (speaking only in Czech and wanted me to speak czech) she said the reservation is not paid, so I informed her it's prepaid and she should collect the payment from Expedia, however she was not convinced and started to talk to me in a very bad way, like ... go from here, go to your room! When asked to talk to hotel manager she said no one here, he or she is in vacation. So I just went up to the room where found some parts of the sheets and pillow covers are dirty, so I messaged them through Expedia system, stating my disappointment with the check in and the room. Instead of them replying they're sorry and will try their best to help, like real hotels do, same person is reception replied to me " only ill mannered person can lie. No comment"!! ... Never see a hotel talking that rude to their guest, but later on when went through some of unsatisfied guest reviews, I found that's their way in responding to any feedback they don’t like! Of course I left the hotel only 2 hours after the check in and had to book another hotel which was double the price, since it was same day booking and no many hotels available. They took my money in full for that reservation, eventhough I didn't stay there and we were forced to leave because of their rude and aggressive behaviour!

Nice Hotel in good location but without sauna
Nice Hotel Overall in good location at the entrance of the old part of town. Unfortunately the info on the booking page is wrong. The promised sauna/pool is not existing!

The staff were super nice and helpful! For the price we paid, it’s definitely worth it. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Karlovy Vary. The location is a 10-min walk away from the main bus station and minutes away from almost everything.

Sauberes, gepflegtes Hotel, Parken teuer.
Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenen relativ kleines Hotel. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant gut und günstig, Frühstücksbuffett OK, aber nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich. Parken für 15-20,-€ am Tag auf öffentliche Parkplätzen oder Parkhaus deutlich zu teuer.

Rodinný výlet
V hotelu Romania jsme strávili pohodový rodinný výlet (6 dospělých), byl to dárek pro rodiče. Všichni jsme byli spokojení. Pobyt jsme měli včetně snídaně. Hotel je klidný, čistý, útulný, na skvělém místě. Personál je příjemný a vstřícný. V budoucnu se sem rádi vrátíme.

Wellnesshotel OHNE Wellness
Beworben wird das Hotel mit Wellnessbereich, Indoor-Pool und Parkplatz. Nichts davon gibt es!! Der Parkplatz ist ein heruntergekommenes, öffentliches Parkhaus (200 Meter entfernt), das 500Kronen die Nacht kostet. Wellness und Pool können in der Elisabeth Therme gemacht werden, gegen Bezahlung. Diese Anlage ist seit mindestens 30 Jahren nicht instand gesetzt worden, Temperatur im Wasser und in der Luft zu kalt. Wenn das Hotel seine Einrichtung richtig beschrieben hätte, hätte ich entscheiden können, ob ich das so buche. Durch die Irreleitung, verkauft es sich als Wellnesshotel mit Pool und Parkplatz. Dadurch entstehen empfindliche Mehrkosten. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte kein Englisch, die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, aber auch hellhörig. Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist gegeben. Frühstück ist klein, aber fein, man bemüht sich sehr! Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Restaurant im Hotel. Wenn diese falsche Beschreibung nicht gewesen wäre und wir uns so viel geärgert hätten, wäre es ein wirklich netter Aufenthalt gewesen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, es ist auf jeden Fall ein Gewinn für uns, Verbesserungspotential gibt es immer, leider ist Ihre Kritik am Parken sehr unfair, wie Sie sagen, wir sind im Spa-Bereich und in keiner Stadt finden Sie einen ähnlichen Typ Parkplätze am Hotel (geschweige denn kostenlos) In den Vorschlägen geben wir an, dass das Schwimmbad in der Nähe ist und das jahrhundertealte Gebäude von Elizabeth's Spa nicht mit einer modernen Sporthalle oder neuen Geräten verglichen werden kann, aber es entspricht allen hygienischen Für Ihre Gesundheit ist vorschriftsmäßig gesorgt Sie soll die Veranstaltung nachholen. andere mit dem Aufenthalt verbundene Kosten. Die Rezeptionistin hat vielleicht Englisch falsch verstanden, spricht aber 3 andere Sprachen und wir sind sehr froh, dass in dieser schwierigen Zeit eine gebildete Person in unserem Bereich arbeitet. Ich weiß, dass ich nicht alles verteidige und ich bin sehr tut mir leid, dass Sie aus unserer Stadt keine positive Stimmung haben. .Ich wünsche Ihrer ganzen Familie gute Gesundheit und nur gute Reiseerlebnisse. Dobře umístěný a slušný hotel
Hotel je hodně dobře umístěn poblíž lázeňské i obchodní oblasti. Nejpěknější pokoje jsou ty s výhledem na město a hotel Thermal, stojí zato si trochu připlatit. Všude čisto, uklízečky i recepční jsou velmi ochotné. Dle mého názoru hotel odpovídá čtyřhvězdičkovému standardu. Lze zapůjčit i varnou konvici. Jen trezor by mohl být větší, jinak vše (zejména nábytek) je moc pěkný.

Centraal hotel met gezellig terras
De openingsfoto op de website maakt de indruk dat er bv een zwembad is, het is echter een algemene foto van een andere SPA. Kamer en ontbijt goed. Met korting parkeren in centrale parkeergarage op loopafstand. Het hotel heeft een leuk en aan te bevelen restaurant. Het overdekte terras is een van de gezelligste van Karlovy Vary.

Sehr ordentliche und saubere Anlage mit freundlichen Personal. Ich kann die nur empfehlen. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Frühstück ist in Ordnung - im Prinzip alles da, wobei habe ich in Tschechien schon mal auch bessere gesehen. Darüber haben aber die anderen schon berichtet. Ich habe das Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht ( kostet ca. 10€ pro Tag mehr ), wobei Balkon wurde von Putzfrau "vergessen". War aber am Ende für mich nicht so wichtig, daher einfach nicht benutzt. Bin allerding sicher: wenn ich das bei Rezeption gemeldet hätte, wäre es sofort beseitigt. Sehr gute Lage in Zentrum, alles schnell erreichbar.
