"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish weโd booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"Me and a friend of mine stayed here for 4 nights in August. I was a little hesitant to stay here given the reviews but honestly these do not reflect our experiences. Is it a 5-star hotel, no. But as someone who has been to Greece probably 20 times and therefore stayed at countless hotels, I thought this was very good. I honestly do not know what the negative reviewers were expecting, because a hotel for this price in Greece reflected my experiences."

"Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful, with one of the best sandy beaches in the area, free sunbeds for hotel guests, a great variety of pools, from kids' pools to really deep ones, wonderful animation, and responsive staff. The only thing I'd change is the mattress. We stayed at Mikri Poli Kos for over 3 weeks and the back pain was with us for even few days after return."

"Good hotel, buffet service provided was excellent, guests somewhat exuberant in their portions, staff super friendly and helpful. ร la carte a tad disappointing as was food at pool snack bar. Lobby bar was lovely with great staff as was reception staff. Recommend."

"Disappointed to be honest. First gripe is that although the actual resort is lovely, pools maintained well and lots of them, beach is good, it is directly under the flight path and there are a LOT of flights coming in and out all day long. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss and one of our rooms didnโt have the drinks stocked once during our 10 day stay which was annoying. Booking restaurants was a bit frustrating because you always had to go to reception, could only book 2 days ahead and the reception always took a loooong time. The food was dreadful though which is the main disappointment, didnโt have a single good meal. Selection wasnโt great and seemed like everything had been heated up from the freezer section, we ate out many times. Also frustrating when the website advertises access to the waterpark at the affiliate hotel next door but upon arrival we were told that we had to pay an entry fee and our wristbands didnโt even make us eligible for drinks on-site. Not a big deal perhaps but very misleading. It was a pleasant stay but I wouldnโt go back."

"We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didnโt work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end."
