Hotel was impressive, comfortable and clean. However, there is nothing to do outside of hotel except for the mall which in connected via an air-conditioned walkway.

There is one employee, he always has morning schedule he was not pleasant and the morning manager was not pleasant as well. Ibu Diaz and Ibu Amy were so wonderful. They have an amazing customer service. Have to train how to have the best customer service to the morning shift Manager.

Great place to stay.
Great breakfast with choices of Asian and Western food. The hotel is connected with shopping mall. Welcome drinks is a great start for the day. I couldn't get a room with a view for the padi field which i had requested but still have a high floor room but at least had a quite resting. The hotel is connected with shopping mall and thats great. Breakfast are wonderful with local dishes, Asian and Western choices too. It's a short 10mins walk to Airport Bus (Damri) station located at Grand Taruma. Thanks for providing a good place to stay.

Hotel location is good as next to a large mall. A link bridge connecting the mall and hotel. Hotel management need to look into a good maintenance and cleanliness as it is a good hotel. It would be good the quality will be maintain and taking care of.

It's enjoyable and had brilliant time. All staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. We love breakfast menu and dinner. Breakfast staff room are happy and always smile. I have never found traditional drink such as jamu in the hotel any before. Personally I am so happy. I had jamu every morning on the breakfast table. Well done and so proud with your professional and standard international.
