Perfect for business traveler in Karawang. Avoiding heavy traffic from Jakarta. Excellent service and clean rooms. Breakfast selection is not great!

Good but could be better

Clean and comfortable with friendly local staff but do not expect top line attention to service. Kitchen staff gather in groups to chat, ignoring customers. Food is often cold, buffet items not replenished. Normally about 30% of menu items not available. Room fridges set to an economic 15C - tough luck if you want a cold drink.
