Very dated rooms. Constant inflow of very large tour groups. Some numbering more than 100. Groups would check in during the night on several occasions and woke us up. 7 night stay.

Everything is so good and the staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good. 3mins walk to a food street. 8-10mins walk to metro. Around TWD$300 to airport.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in for this price. Free laundry, what hotel has free laundry? Free breakfast, free bicycles, and a wonderful helpful staff. My bathroom had a shower and a bath. What else could you want? + 3 coffee ice cream and desserts 24 hours a day in the coffee shop. Self-serve.

One of the at Kaohsiung
The lounge has 24 hours of free coffee, cakes and desserts. They also offer free night snacks from 8pm to 10pm. Staff are courteous, places are clean. The only thing is the room is not well sound proof, can hear people talking and walking.

The location is excellent. There is a night maket just one streeet behind. Lots to eat. Or if you would prefer restaurants, there is quite a number of eating places on the main street of Sanduo shopping district. Only a w minutes walk. Also two big department store, Sogo & Mitshikoshi. Have to mention the 24 hrs ice cream/ coffee bar. Nice treat after a day out. Buffet breakfast is good, lots of varieties.

A very pleasant stay.
The hotel is situated in a shopping area, very close to three main department stors (Sogo, Mega, and Mitsukoshi). Very close to Metro, and a night market within walking distance (2-300 m I guess). There're convenient store and a mid-size supermarket nearby. Overall location is excellent. The hotel serve free breakfast and free night snack (but they provide a variety of options, almost like a breakfast). Free ice-cream and coffee at near the lobby 24/7. My son loves this definitely. He say "we got free ice cream because kindness is so kind". The room is of reasonable size and beds are comfortable. The hotel seems to be a business hotel, but I feel it's quite ok for a family stay. They provide free laundry, which is a big plus. They don't have gym facility. Overally, a very pleasant stay, and you get your money well spent. Highly recommend!

Hotel has amazing food options which are complementary. Hotel also has really good laundry facilities. I believe they had like 5-7 washers and dryers each so you never really need to wait to do laundry. Hotel is within walking distance to Sanduo MTR station, but the area doesn't really have much going on. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would book again if staying in the Sanduo area. Overall, a very positive experience staying at this hotel.

Wow this place totally exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and comfortable (except the shower water temp never got hot enough, and carpet was quite worn). Great amenities. They were so generous with the breakfast and snacks, and laundry. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

Location of the hotel was convenient for shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was a very nice gesture from the hotel to offer all guests free cakes, drinks and ice creams during the day and also many varieties of free evening snacks.

Newer hotel close to shopping
Stayed here for 6 nights in total as a single traveler booked a double room. Auto upgrade to a larger room with two large beds. Well furnished with all amenities except an in room safe. Adequate breakfast with many Chinese selections in large dining area on 2nd floor. Self serve ice cream, coffee, tea at lobby level. Also offers night light meal from 9- 11 PM. Parking lot on side street. Courteous staff and very attentive. Walking distance to three large department stores. " Business Center" was located at the back corner of the lobby/ cafe with two PC's either not hooked up or non- functioning. One night there were loud noises for hours on the 11th floor where I stayed. I asked to switch to a different room but was told that all booked as large tour groups had checked in. These people left their doors open, yelled across the hallways, and I believe after I complained the hotel staff did come up to intervene. Maybe in the future hotel can manage this better for guest comfort.

A Kind Hotel
Good stay for 3 days business trip. Nice hotel and full of free facilities including bicycle. Free Breakfast and Night-snack, include 24 hrs refreshments.
