"We were kept waiting for 2 hours at checkin by a rude receptionist. I have never been treated so badly at a lodge. Worst experience
"They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. ..."

"Location is good. Apartment is not maintained properly. Aircon were leaking water, mattresses uncomfortable, very minimal toiletries and towels."
