We arrived 1.5 hrs after check in and was told we had to wait another hour cause the room wasn’t ready. Front desk Staff was not Friendly and was very courteous, consider the situation I would expect an apology at the least. Room was noisey and not vetry clean.

Advertised as $10 pet fee plus $50 deposit Charged $63 NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit at check in. Check in associate was RUDE!! Whole facility stank of marijuana. Guest wandering up and down halls all night. Office was locked up at 7 am with no one on duty to perform check.out. Avoid this place..

I didn't like the fact that there was no ice machine, and it was unsafe when the day clerk have my husband a room key without asking fit ID nor was in writing my husband name i felt this could have been handled very differently and they are lucky that my husband and i get along could you imagine the lawsuit my kids could've filed if i were assaulted by my husband the pertain they have access to my room without my permission..i feel some training should be given to all staff members before someone is hurt or worse yet killed by the incompetency of the staff ithelawsuit

Rude/grumpy desk assistant!
We cancelled our stay. The desk assistant was rude and grumpy. And wasn’t aware of a deposit for our pet as well another fee for just for the stay for our pet. We are out the money but wouldn’t book a stay at that hotel!
