The hotel was loud. It was not in a safe location. The property was dirty. The staff was not friendly. Everything about this hotel was all bad. Will not stay here again.

First room smelled like cigarette smoke; staff was helpful, got a different room. Second room, furniture was torn, bathtub had disturbing stains, beer left in dilapidated fridge (I know - could be a plus for some), garbage left in half the trash containers. Bed was clean and comfortable - can deal with the rest for a night, but wouldn't recommend.

Found my room clean. No issues with bugs during my 4 days. AC worked very well. Breakfast was coffee/tea muffins and oatmeal so nothing much there but I had a kitchen so didn’t really care about breakfast. Staff was nice. It was fine I would stay again if I needed

We ran to Kansas City for a concert and this was a great price and close to Kauffman.. the staff was helpful in spite of a couple of customers being difficult. The rooms were comfortable but not exactly spotless. We would stay again for another concert night for sure.

Not a luxury resort, but clean and affordable. My go-to hotel when visiting nearby relatives. Desk staff has always been courteous and professional. Has some long term residents but has never been an issue. Hotel next door is 3x times the daily rate and their parking lot is always empty. No ice machines, so bring your own bag of ice.

Overall, an above average clean property & room. However, there were a few minor things that would have made my stay more enjoyable. Like, channel selection, no little coffee maker in the room and no recliner as an alternative to sleeping in the bed.

Desk clerk was super friendly, fast check in and out, overall was a great stay. Would not rely on grab-n-go breakfast as only a few muffins, oatmeal and coffee provided each day. If you snooze, you loose! Easy to get to a block off interstate. Our room was spotless and shower worked well. Only real complaint was children crying and running in hallways but even that made it fell like home.

Barebones room - A bit overpriced what you get

The hostess was very friendly. The hallways were smelly and dingy. The bedroom was a little better. Got a good nights sleep. I loved the shower. It had plenty of water. The TV had a larger screen. It was a barebones room.

Hotel was dirty, room smelled strongly of smoke and my vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. Ultimately requested a refund and checked out to head elsewhere, the staff was gracious, understanding and kind. They issued a full refund and we went on our way.

We got there and the floors to our room weren’t even swept, the bed had hairs all over it, the room smelled horrible, the bath tub was dripping, and there were little black specks all over the bed that showed signs of there being bed bugs. We did not stay in the room but 15 minutes and left. The front staff was super nice and helpful and didn’t give us any fuss about a refund.

The outside of the building was nice and the front desk area was clean. The elevator looked like the was falling apart. When we stepped off the elevator, there were roaches on the wall. The hallway was very dingy. The room itself was overall nice but floors were gross. You could see the foot and shoe prints on the floor. The side table was falling apart as the drawer was falling out the bottom. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was nice. Not sure we would stay here again.

The staff was great but they obviously the owners are not investing in the standard amount of upkeep. The room was clean but furniture run down. The hallways were old and tired. There wasn’t any kitchen utensils or even a coffee pot in the room. You had to go back to the desk and “checkout” what you wanted and then return it clean upon checkout. Feels like the owners are super cheap and running the store lace into the ground. Again, very pleased with the staff and their friendliness and assistance. I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy based on the price but was taken back by the lack if investment in the property.
