Starting with the plus, the sheets were clean and the staff, were courteous Negatives, no one cleaned our room for the 4 days we were there. We found used shampoo bottles and food wrappers in our room, the windows did not close properly allowing highway sounds and smells into the room. The property advertised as having a hot tub, which was not true and the breakfast consisted of stale cereal, a few bagels/ bread, and old apples. I didn’t dare to open the buffet hood that smelled like dirty socks. Clean enough for one night, but not worth the priicd.

When I booked a hotel in Missouri for $79/night I wasn’t expecting much but wow was this bad. The front desk was very sweet but as soon as you walk in the chlorine is over powering and the hot tub no longer exists even though it is listed as an amenity. There was trash in the hallways, someone started to paint but gave up throughout the place. There was cigarette burns on all the sheets, counters and tub. The smoke detector was ripped out with wires exposed. The box frame was ripped up and exposed. Overall very gross place that needs a lot of work.

The staff was very nice, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par. The room I stayed in, there was some stains on the blanket, the carpet felt dirty when walking on it, there was glitter in the bathtub, and there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector. When taking my son (4) to breakfast, he wanted yogurt and orange juice. Yogurt was all good. He said the orange juice was too tart, so I went and dumped it out in the sink, and there was a bug in the juice! I'm assuming it got stuck in the nozzle, so when I got juice it just came with it. I did tell the front desk attendant about the smoke detector the next morning, as that is a safety concern. Not sure I'll stay again though.

Sheets were torn apart, tables were sticky, staff couldnt speak english or communcate. Rooms and beds were torn apart and nasty. Do not stay here. This is as of January of 2024. Nasty bad environment
