Hotel berdekatan Kankakee County Convention & Visitor Bureau

"Great location and staff. I do want to let you know that the North side entrance door did not latch whenever I came in that way. I did report it to the front desk and they 'fixed' it but it didn't shut the next time. Also, you need better signage of how to get to the hotel. There are several hotels next to each other and I could see the Hilton but couldn't get to it. I had to call to find out how to get there. When I checked in I commented on how hard it was to find and they said lots of people...

"They work so good"

"Mixed review-good value and good location. Front desk staff is overworked. Elevator was very dirty-had to clean sticky substance off my shoes!"

"I stayed there 4 days and my room was never serviced. The door had chips along the frame as if someone tried to break in. The bathroom walls had yellow stains. The safe did not work. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Only one key worked for the door."

"Clean and updated"

"Clean rooms was good room service, but the pool wasn’t working"

"It was a cheap place to stay. It was clean and quiet. You pay for what you get."

"Bien"
