"What a wonderful place!! So quiet, peaceful and comfortable! Our hosts were lovely and provided breakfast items and plenty of tea and coffee. The comfortable bed gave us good rest for our long days of sightseeing. The WiFi was extremely slow but we were able to bring up maps. It was good to be so close to Penneshaw and groceries and the ferry. Thank you for a memorable holiday experience! We highly recommend The Fig Tree BnB!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Very close to the ferry, car rental company and grocery store. The staff offered suggestions on places to see kangaroos, which helped. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. We tried contacting the property the day before our arrival to ask about food options but never received a call back. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. "I was shocked how poor this place was after booking it seeing a 9.4 rating on it. It's that really old motel-like vibe. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's just a convenient short overnight sleep."
