2/5 stay - I was expecting a splendid stay for end of the year and my post birthday, but it turned out so suckish!
While the resort was very pretty, the experience was super bad right from the start of my stay. First the seaplane was delayed then cancelled and they didn’t inform us until we asked about the delay. Next when we arrived at the resort, when we wanted to book the restaurants to have our meals, the receptionists said everything was full and we could not even get any places to eat. Then it was the same with the spas and it was so hard trying to get the availabilities. Food was also just average and not spectacular especially the new year eve dinner which costed $300 US. Lastly their app and their schedules were all not synced properly - we booked the schedules and the receptionist insisted there weren’t the schedules when it was printed on the paper and we booked for it. Overall, the receptionists and their services failed us as they didn’t know what’s happening, restaurants failed us as they insist they were full when the restaurants looked empty (I had photo proof), spa was rushing thru the massages but the staff at Aquaholics was so super friendly and accommodating which saved the day!
Overall I would not recommend this accommodation until they sorted out their service standards particularly the receptionists and their IT app deliveries.
