Great hotel in great location. The river view is excellent and the spa bath in your room a great feature to enjoy it. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay, the bed was super comfy and the staff really helpful and friendly. We used our visit to see the Erawan Falls, famous bridge over the River Kwai, War graves, PoW museum, ride the train and visit Hellfire Pass. A very poignant visit and not enough time to do it justice. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for any stay here.

Nice hotel on the river for a good value stay. Reception was helpful in helping us with transport to various sites. Jacuzzi in the room was great but needs a good clean. Water pressure in shower and bum blaster very high! Excellent breakfast with the normal stuff plus some interesting extras. I thought for the type and cost of the hotel that the breakfast was really good. I would happily stay here again if visiting Kanchanaburi.

Great room, super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Grabbed a beer from the bar across the parking lot and sat on the back patio enjoying the river with friends. Wonderful place to stay.

A lovely hotel and truly amazing staff. There are some upkeep issues here and there, but the river view was stunning. The restaurant is great to have as well. The jacuzzi room was very large and mattress was soft and comfortable. I was on 5th floor and the view from my room was just perfect. The fitness center needs some work and updating. Just a few weights, one bench, elliptical, and bike (treadmill was out of order), but it was fine for a quick trip. Location is very close to lots of restaurants, bars, massage, etc. About a 30 min walk to bridge and 15 mins to nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Staff were fine, room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast reasonable. Only negative is the overall feel of the hotel is one that's getting a little tired and worn around the edges.
