Terrible stay
Room full of dust, tv not working, no toilet paper, broken toilet. Unprofessional staff.

Coming to your feedback and what actually triggered such response, sir we have our policy to follow with regard to the number of visitors allowed in the room.In your case it far more than we can accomodate.For conducting meeting and other gathering we have a Mini-Banquet hall upon request the same was conveyed at the time.

Very clean and staff is super helpful. Room a bit smaller than expected, but the location close to metro Kalamassery is super convenient. Not far from airport neither. Perfect for one night like we did.
