Appearance, landscaping looked like haven’t taken care in months. Paint, carpet, is very worn. Inside looks very badly taken care of. Example, bathroom door hard to close, trim around door missing. Hotel staffed charged $67 for no explanation other than mistake(?). Until I personally called by phone did they remove charge. Took them a week to make it right. Will NOT be staying there again. Website very decieving.

The rooms were very spacious. The staff were very nice and sincere. You can tell they are fixing things up, but it is a little outdated. Price is good for the quality.

Probably the best cheap motel you’ll ever find. It’s an easy walk into the cool little town of Kanab. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The motel rooms are nothing special but are fine for the price.

While I appreciated the ground floor room, my outside door opened to the pool. Normally this would be great but for a late night check in and just needing sleep, I had the pool lights shining in my room all night. The place seemed run down and grungy. The staff was very friendly though.

The ac didnt work in our room, tried to tell the front desk, she said it was hot outside. Asked for fans and they didnt have any. At midnight went to front desk and they gave us another room.
