"We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch."

Called down to ask for a room with a view that would match the description of the premium one bedroom suite that was described when booking. Within a half hour we were moved and the room was exactly as booked and provided an amazing view of the ocean and overlooked much of the resort. "It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. "
