"Check in staff was helpful and after long flight from uk she was trying her best to accommodate at 1pm Check in .very convenient nearby shoplooking for mamak food and roti cenai .highly recommend this hotel provided free shuttle every one hour pick up and drop off at klia airport transfers. "Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasnโ€™t working. We didnโ€™t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesnโ€™t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size."
