"Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. "

"This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. Thank you to all the brilliant hard working staff in the hotel."
