"We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. "

"The apartment was good except the checking in process. We reached out to the property host one day before checking in and the day of arrival, but we got no response at all. We tried several times and finally got the response. It took a hard time. The communication was poor."
