"The staff are all very friendly and helpful. When we informed front desk staff about a faulty TV . To our surprise the maintenance staff was already at the room door waiting for us immediately. When the card could not work for the elevator, staff immediately rectify the issue. "Rooms are a bit dated (compared to the pictures shown) but generally okay for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done everyday so you get fresh towels and sheets daily. Location-wise is central and convenient, and across from 1st Avenue Mall which is great if you need anything."
