"check-in on 25/12/25, as the experience was far below Wyndham’s expected standards. During check-in, the Indonesian female receptionist was unprofessional and lacked basic front office knowledge, unable to answer simple questions and repeatedly stating that check-in was at 3:00 pm, which I was already aware of; my request to pre-check in by submitting my details, a standard hotel practice, was met with reluctance and poor service attitude. Fortunately, Mr. Abdullah took over and handled the...

"There is trash everywhere and level 1 f lift door"

"The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible."

"Budget stay. Room very small and NO air con., but it is at Genting Highland."

"Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. "

"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. I hope these points help improve the...
