"This hotel was on the street where trams go through; however, it was quiet and very spacious bathrooms which sometimes hard to find in Europe. However, the wall between the room and the bathroom was just clear glass with see-through curtains. I guess that they connect those two beds to make the bed Queen size for a couple, but my reservation was for two beds which could be just friends, so it was a little awkward to use bathroom even though I was there with my son, but he is an adult. "Bit disappointed with the service.
At check in I was told the room would be serviced every three days but I could request service at any time. I asked for the room to be serviced on morning 3 and I was just given towels. The following day someone came to service the room at around 6pm, I asked that the service happen the next day, it was never done."

"My husband and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! One of the highlights is the spacious room, which is perfect for travelers who need extra comfort. Additionally, the provision of a microwave is a great touch, especially for tourists who may want to prepare or reheat meals during their stay.
For travelers like us with big and heavy luggage, the availability of elevators is definitely a bonus and much appreciated.
However, we would like to suggest an improvement: adding a luggage storage...

"Only great thing about this place was location!
Communication was so bad. During our stay for a one week we called them almost daily because we were missing information regards to parking, key access, high chair etc.
Be aware of this property management. There’s no one helping you.
I would not recommend this property, there are better options!"

"My room was very basic and clean. My mini-fridge wasn’t working upon my arrival so I contacted Forenom support and the next day they replaced it with a new one. The property itself is secure with multiple layers of security between the street and your room. It’s also in a decent location for using public transit, 5 minutes to Kamppi metro and even less than that to multiple tram and bus stops. The property is also close to multiple good restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, it’s a no frills...
