"The location was great. Check in staff felt a little judgmental. The main problem was that the toilet had issues, the shower kept flooding up the toilet floor. The coffee powder was also not topped up on the 2nd day of stay. Bathroom slippers had to be requested for as well."

"I requested my room be on same floor as another guest already at hotel. This was accommodated. Staff is very friendly. Twice I had a knock at door asking if I needed anything. Breakfast was incredibly fresh and everything I enjoyed was tasty. Excellent coffee and selection of teas too. This hotel was easy starting point to City Centre and Kamppi and Loyly sauna and wonderful restaurants and cafes. Excellent hotel. Incredible experience."

"This was a very nice hotel to stay at for the week we were in Helsinki. With both breakfast and dinner included every day, it also was a great bargain. The staff were friendly and helpful both at the front desk and in the dining area. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to the harbor, to Downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again."

"Shout out to the front desk staff for providing a list of restaurants that were open on a Sunday in Helsinki as many of them are closed. The hotel is in a great location that is walkable to many sites, restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The sauna and gym facilities were excellent. The gym was one of the best gyms I have ever seen at a hotel. It was large and had many equipment options."
