"The room was not properly cleaned (the beddings were clearly used before with stains and dirt), the blanked didn't have a cover, the floor wasn't dusted.
The bathroom had a mud wasp nest, toilet was dirty and generally the bathroom was dirty with the toilet brush dirty on the floor (not in a stand). I have been travelling for more than 20 years, this is the first time I couldn't sleep somewhere, I ended up leaving the property and find somewhere else to stay. "
"The building had 2 nice antique Thai rooms with a big bed in each. There was a sink but it was on the opposite side of the building from the bathroom. It would be nice to have a small sink in the bathroom. "

"Funky, faux-industrial aesthetic that really works. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with one of the softer beds I've ever had in Thailand. Staff was friendly and professional. The included breakfast buffet was modest but filling, and served on the rooftop seating area with lovely views of the city. Plenty of parking. There is an elevator, but it is a between-floor style, meaning a few steps are required both before and after you board the lift, in case that is an issue for you. The hotel is located on the edge of the university district, with lots of nearby nightlife aimed at a younger crowd. Good hotel and great value. I'd gladly stay there again. Cheers."
"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. Building is slightly older but extremely well maintained and very clean. Staff are great. The rooftop bar is great. Food is reasonably priced and excellent quality. We will be back."
"Second time I stay at this resort and I love it. This time in like a pod by the lake as rooms were all booked/unavailable. Staff are great helpful and friendly. We noticed some changes as there were new train carrge type buildings. We were curious and went to look and also discover a water park at the far end of the resort we didn't know about this is truly a gem in a rural loction. Great breakfast as before. Room aways cleaned when we arrived back and coffee tea sugar and water replenished. I like this resort it's always first on my list and I hope to be able to book one of the new train carriages on my next visit. The location is great for us as it's not far from my girlfriends house and I know the service there is very good. So util my next stay keep on doing what you do it works very well"
"It was a beautiful, tranquil place with very hospitable staff wish I had stay longer just did an overnight between touring the country but very pleasant and would definitely repeat if Iโm in this area again. "
