"This place is falling apart. It’s very old and needs updating and a good cleaning. AC vent needs to be cleaned and filters changed. Wall paper is peeling off. Bathtub had mildew or mold. Could barely wash my hands without the sink filling (clogged) the carpet in my room was awful, needs to be replaced. The sheets had stains, there’s old furniture piled outside in various spots, makes it feel trashy. Overall just doesn’t feel like a comfortable clean place to rest. I’d say you get what you pay...

"The room had new flooring and the walls were freshly painted with a shiny paint. The curtain was old and full of holes. The bathtub should be fixed or replaced as should the mattress, pillows and AC unit. With the electrical outlets not much can be done, but a power bar with a few 115v plugs and AV outlets would solve that problem."

"Some bedding should have been switched out, the sheet on the box spring had a spray of colour… The room could have used a more thorough cleaning, something from the previous guest was in the drawer."

"Terrible establishment. Terrible communication. Held on to my deposit until I called multiple times. The manager told me I was supposed to complete the deposit refund when I checked out, but yet the other employee simply asked me my room number when I checked out and took my keys and that was that. Called about my deposit refund 5 days after check-out to be given the run around for 3 hours saying it was going to be e-transferred to me. (Which seems suspicious as is). "Was Okay"

"Laut Aussage des Mannes an der Rezeption bekamen wir ein Upgrade. Eine Suite. Im vorderen Raum stand ein Sofa, der darüber ausgebreitete "Bezug" hatte riesige Fettflecken, teilweise fußballgross. Die zwei vorhanden Stühle hatten ebenfalls Flecken auf dem Sitzpolster. Die Küche sah total heruntergekommen aus. Der Toaster war dreckig. Einzig der Kühlschrank war sauber - wohl weil er neu war. Das Bad war klein und total verwinkelt. Der Duschvorhang hatte Stockflecken, wir haben die Dusche nicht...

"This property is located in the center of Kamloops, a very good location. The overall rate is good. But the cleanliness of the bathroom is good, not very good."

"The room had a broken thermostat on the wall, the jet tub had dirty jets, the bathroom door was dirty, the smoke detector hung from the wall. The breakfast was all Cold and really not what we expected."

"Friendly and helpful front desk. Pool is WAY too cold. No vanilla waffle batter when I went for breakfast and when asked staff merely said it looks like the bowl is empty. Staying again in three nights, will see how it is."
