"観光名所の金森倉庫群からは歩いてすぐです。ラッキーピエロ他観光客向け飲食店は歩いてすぐで大変便利です。函館駅から歩くとなると徒歩20分はストレスなので、市電の1日乗車券を¥600で購入して十字街、または末広町から歩くと楽です。建物のリフォームをとてもうまくされていて、ドミトリーが広々としていたことがもっとも評価が高いポイントです。ハンドタオル／バスタオルも備え付けられており、バスタオルはフワフワでした。男性用トイレに行くのに階下に行かないといけないとはありますが、階段は短く自分はストレスに感じませんでした。共用キッチンが最上階にあり屋上テラスに出られることはすばらしいですが、むしろ気軽に使いにくいかな、と思いました。ロビーで冷たいとうきび茶がフリーで提供されるのはとても嬉しいのですが欲を言えばチェックイン時間だけでなく、深夜早朝にもお替りが提供されるとなお嬉しいです。一点だけ気になるのは、ドミトリーの部屋番号とベッド番号とが別になっていることに気づきにくいことで、その点アナウンスするとかベッド番号をカラーペンで丸つけるなど注意換気お願いしたいです。"

"Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers. The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours ..."
