"While staff was friendly and helpful the accommodations themselves were poor. The room was icy cold and the heater would not stay on. The shower was a nightmare compact and dirty. On my first day there when I went to shower in the morning the entire women’s shower area was flooded and there were wads of hair everywhere. It was disgusting. "
