The beds were clean and comfortable and breakfast was nice. No kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink and no telephone in the event of an emergency. The Restaurant attached to the property 'Beef & Surf' the guy behind the bar on Monday night was unhelpful, rude and obnoxious.

A gem of a place
A nice peaceful and comfortable place to stay only 20mins from Dortmund. The restaurant and breakfasts were excellent.

This hotel is fraudster
It is a fraud hotel as the contact nnumbers they have provided were not going thourh. When i got there , there was no one to answer or open the door. I have to spent 4 hours at the train station looking fo alternative hotel for the night. Total fraudsters.

Insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen ordentlichen Eindruck auf mich. Großzügiges Bad mit Tageslicht, nur der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war miserabel. Die Betten waren sehr gut, habe tief und fest geschlafen. Zimmer trotzdem sehr hellhörig, da keine eigene Tür zwischen Zimmer und kleinem Flur vorhanden und man somit alles gleich vom Etagenflur hört. Die Anordnung der Lichtschalter im Flur zu den Zimmern ist unzureichend, man läuft im Dunklen, ehe man den nächsten Schalter erreicht (besonders, wenn man von der Terrasse kommt). Sehr großzügige Frühstücksterrasse. Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wird auf der Bartheke des Raumes ungekühlt platziert, so dass die Wurst „schwitzt“ und sich wellt. Ich habe dankend verzichtet. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte 2 Tage hintereinander nicht (hätte gerne Cappuccino getrunken, so gab es „nur“ einfachen Kaffee mit H-Milch. Zimmerbeleuchtung ist zu wenig. Die Schreitischlampe war gar nicht zu bedienen, da das Kabelende eine merkwürdige Steckverbindung aufwies, die ich nirgendwo an den Strom anschließen konnte. Die Dame für die Zimmerreinigung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fazit: Um nur mal kurz zu übernachten, ist das Hotel ok, einen Urlaub würde ich dort nicht verbringen. Der Zimmerpreis war sowohl für die Jahreszeit, als auch für die Lage und die Ausstattung viel zu hoch (komme selbst aus der Hotelbranche).

Die Lage, besonders die Nähe zum Bahnhof mit Anschluss nach Dortmund, war speziell für unser Anliegen hervorragend. Zudem gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl.
