I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage until my room was ready, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfast almost every morning — the team behind the counter were consistently pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. I would especially like to acknowledge one housekeeping staff member, an older lady who cleaned my room. She was always cheerful, kind, and went out of her way to be helpful. As an adoptee visiting my homeland, this trip has been deeply emotional, and her warmth and sincerity brought me a sense of comfort and belonging that I will not forget.
