"This was our last stay in Sri Lanka & turned out to be a very relaxing end to our holiday. its right on the river & you can take a boat ride under the mangroves from the hotel's jetty - a memorable, scenic ride. the view of the river from the balcony of our room gave us a serene calm feeling. tables & chairs are provided outside each room on the balcony which can be serviced from a separate entrance. It is further from the beach than other reviewers indicate but they have a very inexpensive tuk tuk service available. The pool is small but fits the bill when it is hot out and you don't want to go to the beach."
