"It was my third time staying in the hotel, I stayed there even before it was renovated. The room is absolutely clean, big enough for a solo traveler for one night stay. Perfect location for those who fly. Now about what frustrated me this year. There’s no air conditioning in the room ((( and it wouldn’t be a problem any other time, but this summer is too hot to stay without a cooling down. My kind advice to the facility is to have a backup plan for all kinds of weather"

"Die Zimmer sind dreckig, Reinigungsservice gibt es nicht, selbst um Toilettenpapier muss man betteln. Aber am schlimmsten war das sogenannte „Frühstück“. Frühstück aufs Zimmer war super, jedoch das Frühstück war ungenießbar. Keine Getränke dazu, alles kalt und nie im Leben die angegebenen preise Wert. Für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen ist das Hotel in Ordnung aber spart euch das Frühstück und erwartet kein richtiges Hotel!"

"We stayed at the grand Vilnius for 4 nights. It is in the perfect location, central to all activities. The room was nice. The only complaint is that the sink was not very user friendly. Whenever the water was on, it would splash all over the place, mostly outside of the sink causing water to spread over the counter. "Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very good and convenient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The main area for improvement is the breakfast. It was quite basic and lacked variety. It would be nice to have more pastries (viennoiseries), a wider selection of fresh fruits, spreadable cheese, and better-quality coffee, as the coffee was rather tasteless. Another point is that a refrigerator in the room is almost indispensable...

"Dobry standard pokoju. Wyposażenie dość nowe i wszystko sprawne. Parking - możliwość darowego parkowania na pobliskich ulicach i osiedlu. Mało wolnych miejsc parkingowych ale można coś znaleźć. Woda z prysznica zalewa łazienkę i podłogę w pokoju. Nie da się korzystać z prysznica bez zalewania podłogi. Słabo sprzątnięty pokój - śmieci w koszu i długie włosy w aneksie kuchennym po poprzednim gościu. Nie działa aplikacja do samodzielnego zameldowania! Na szczęście jest recepcja i kontakt...

"Very accommodating staff- we had upgrades, free drinks and checked in early. This is our second stay at the hotel and we love it! The view of the old town is amazing. We can walk to restaurants and cultural sites. We would definitely return in the future!"
