"Very clean room.Lovely pool. The hotel is out of the way near the river. We loved the tranquil setting. Apart from our safari trip (which was arranged by the owner) we didn’t leave the hotel, which suited us because the food provided at the hotel is delicious. The only negative thing I would say is they could do with upgrading the recliners by the pool. "

"Pongo horrible porqué no existe el hotel , estuvimos buscando dando vueltas alrededor de la dirección que consta en hotels.com sin éxito y con la confirmación dre vecinos de la zona de que ya no existia el edificio por demolición ya que en la dirección solo existe un gran solar en obras actuslmente. "The manager, Nandu, was really helpful in setting up morning safari for us on short notice after our previous accommodation fell through. The breakfast and dinner were hearty and super affordable. It’s not exactly 5 or even 3 star accommodation (AC leaked onto the bed and the bathroom had some flies), but for value for the money it’s a good pick. We saw tons of elephants on safari."

"Amazing experience with safari booked via this stay. The hotel is located in the jungle of udawalawe and the hosts were absolutely lovely. A lot of food options just ten minutes walk as well. Only issue was the chanting on a megaphone which was very loud which started at 4am until 6am and monkeys jumping up and down and running across the roof so I didn’t manage to get much sleep!"
