"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay...

"This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our trip around the island. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location for the wineries and local restaurants. "Excellent place to stay, particularly for families with young kids. We're all grown up but it was still really good. Suitable for disabled people. The private beach is such a flex as well, and it felt very safe. The food was decent considering they're cooking at scale 24/7. There is entertainment during the day and at night including live music. Being a resort, it felt a little insular as I guess many guests don't really leave the place because they have everything there, like a mini-town. But...

All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special .
