"Zeer oud basis hotel en dat zie je ook terug. De kamers zijn wel groot en verder ziet het er wel netjes. Maar het heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Er is s'ochtends genoeg keuze bij het ontbijt en de locatie in hartje centrum is top."

"Perfekte Lage in der Stadt, liegt ideal zwischen Altstadt und dem neueren Teil der Stadt; sehr nahe zum Stadtbus für den Strand. Frühstück wunderbar, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll. Sehr schöne Räume mit individuell ausgewählter Ausstattung. Äusserst nette Besitzer, sehr hilfsbereit und präsent. Sogar Parkplatz war vorhanden trotz autofreier Gegend. Wir würden in kein anderes Hotel in Kalamata gehen wollen."

"Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel at this price point. We stayed here during our engagement trip and were given a room with an overwhelming sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I reported it immediately and was told it would be fixed. After returning from the beach, the smell was exactly the same. I complained again and brought a staff member to the room, who confirmed she could also smell it. I repeatedly asked to change rooms and was told there were absolutely none...

"Ruhiges großes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, gute Klimaanlage, ordentliche Betten und modernes Bad. Sehr angenehmer Bereich rund um einen sehr großen Pool mit guten Liegen und Rasenflächen - auch mit Schatten. Frühstück für 5-Sterne ausbaufähig, z.B. nur zwei unterschiedliche verpackte Marmeladen, Obstauswahl ordentlich - aber nicht für die 5-Sterne etc. Kein Haus für einen längeren Urlaub, da der Stadtstrand an dieser Stelle jetzt nicht so anziehend wirkt - und dahinter die Straße verläuft."

"Only problem and I think I also read it from another review was parking. Very difficult to find parking and navigate narrow streets. Other than that this place was spacious and very walkable to coffee places and restaurants in the town square. Half hour walk to waterfront and restaurants there."

"Perfect location across the street from the beach. Parking is available across the street as well for 15 euros a day. Breakfast was top notch and the view is magnificent in the morning overlooking the beach."

"Stayed 2 nights very nice play it's a Marriot family. Rooms very clean staff friendly could do without breakfast next time but good comes catered. Parking could be a challenge but I got lucky twice. walking distance to Kalamata center."

On arrival the first night, I checked in, then had to literally drag our luggage by myself with one woman also petite like me about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the room. While we were walking and dragging the bags up the stairs, a worker on a golf cart sped by and waved and said Kalispera! Didnt offer to help. Then the room smelled strongly of mold and was falling apart. Second room was improved in terms of the smell, but same tired,...

"We had a lovely stay & loved the location. Our room was clean, comfortable with a good size bathroom & shower. It had a small balcony with a partial sea view and it was nice sitting outside in the evening listening to live music in the restaurant below (not every night). The walk to the city centre & the old town was about 30-35 minutes, but if you didn’t feel like walking there’s a taxi stand nearby which cost 4 euro. "Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. In direkter Strandlage findet man verschiedene Restaurants. Es gibt Sonnenliegen für Gäste am Strand. Einige müssten aber ausgetauscht werden, da sie leider kaputt sind. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt."
