Great stay, close to everything and nice short walk from there to main town. Manager was very nice, as were the cleaning staff, everything was modern and well maintained, bed was very comfortable and having washing machine and dryer on site was a great help.

Amazing location, luxury at an affordable price.

This place is the ideal location as it is inbetween the main town center, the old town and the beach coast, where all three locations have a great vibe, a lot of life. In addition, Evripidou7 is roughly 15 minutes max walk between these locations. The apartment is very nice, luxury, great price, very modern and instagramable.

Great property, new and nicely decorated, soft mattress, rooms quite spacious and very comfortable, house keeping was nice too, staff and manager were extremely lovely and very helpful. There was a bit of a mix up of the rooms when we arrived but the manager got it sorted very quickly, sent housekeeping in immediately to check room was clean etc and was very accomodating and apologetic about the mix up.

We had a two bed suite for our family of four. Small kitchenette for cold drinks and morning coffee (we didn’t cook on the stove but it’s there if you need). The beds were comfortable and the AC works great (thankfully!). You can walk to a lot of food and beach locations and are close enough to the party strip that you can be there in 10 mins on foot—but you can’t hear it from the condo, which is nice. Bathroom is great and the shared laundry is handy. Cleaning staff were kind and did a great job. Georgia, our host, checked on us daily to ensure our needs were met. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and ready to assist you with any questions and recommendations. Efficient communication with check in and check out. The interior is really well curated and clean. Very comfortable bed and great AC system with air purifier. Close to the city center and sea side. Well connected as there’s a bus stop within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend it.

Good option at reasonable price

Nice apartment with small kitchen. Comfortable bed and very friendly host who personally meet and greet you at the door. Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket.

Amazing stay Kalamata

The accommodation at 7 Evripidou Kalamata was centrally located, exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were attentive, friendly and responsive. Overall we loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

OK stay- didn't have hot water

No hot water, it was warm. Also I stupidly did not take the keys to the apartment as I left - around 8:30 PM- and there was no one to answer the phone when i called several times. Eventually and luckily the customer service rep picked up and gave me the code to the front door.
