Booked for 1 night 18-19 July 2015. I called up hotel management before travel for confirmation and it took some time, maybe an hour.
The room had good facilities and it was clean, but needs more maintenance.
They had 2 restaurants and food was OK as it was expensive.
Checkout was horrible as they asked to pay whole amount even after paying on expedia online. I had to connect the staff with expedia customer care for every booking related clarification. No ownership/resolution from hotel management.
