Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Beim einchecken haben wir eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete, bestens ausgestattete, saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden. Trotz der sehr hohen Außentemperatur, konnte man es prima in der Unterkunft aushalten. An dieser Stelle einen besonderen Dank für die Eiswürfel im Tiefkühlschrank, wir haben uns sehr über diese Aufmerksamkeit gefreut! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Great for a few days stay. Unfortunately no wardrobe or any type of closet to put your clothes or other things away.

I feel like there should be more fans for air circulation throughout the property, more emphasis on completing the check-in process immediately following the booking process & a list of all the documents & information needed for check-in. Also one of the doors to the balcony had issues with opening the way it should. Other than that everything else was fine.

Absolutely stunning apartment, everything new. The fixtiryamd fittings are premium and high tech. (Electric blinds in nearly every room, huge TV) Digital/remote check in was an absolute doddle and using the link on your cell phone to open doors is a breeze. 10/10 can't recommend enough

This place was wonderful. After traveling for almost a week, this place gave us the space to spread out, relax and do laundry. It is within walking distance to a large mall and tons of food options. My only slight complaint is the lack of fans for the rooms. Yes we visited during a historic heat wave and if we kept the windows open with the blinds shut it wasn't bad in the rooms, but fans to help circulate the airflow would have been divine. There was one in the biggest bedroom and that was helpful but please consider offering a fan for all the bedrooms - especially in summer.

The rooms were clean, but there were bare bones in this place. Hardly any places to put our clothes except one bar with some hangers. Absolutely no storage in the bathroom which was challenging. The laundry was fine but we had to get our own detergent which I thought was strange. There really wasn’t enough coffee pods for the entire duration of our stay. The rooms were nice and in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. 15 minute walk to the train station. The parking was simple and very helpful as there’s no street parking anywhere. In a place described as luxurious there could have been some upgrades that would make it stand out like more pillows, a dresser to put your clothes so you don’t have to dress out of your suitcase on the floor, and some bathroom amenities. Honestly it was very good, and we would stay there again. There are just some things that make it seem unfinished.

I wish I could rate this apartment 1 star just so nobody else ever tries to stay there. It's my apartment now. I want it only for myself every time I visit Kaiserslautern. It was much larger than expected, modern, and WOW! Walking distance from everything. Did you know there's a mall and an Aldi, tons of restaurants, and a bar across the street? It's so affordable too. The only thing I would advise is to make sure you bring your own soap/body wash. Maybe some extra toilet paper and laundry pods. Otherwise, everything was included and marvelous.

Room was nice, a/c not working had to open windows but outside was very noisy at all hours of the night. Needed more towels were given only two for 3 people. A little complicated to find parking, if gate is not open you have to get out of car to push code to get in and out of parking lot. Overall ok.

This was the nicest place we’ve ever rented in germany. Just extraordinary!! We only had contact with the host online but they were so efficient and so kind !! The only tiny little 1st world problem./ issue, is if there was better soundproofing. And I say this as constructive criticism. We stayed here for a relatives wedding and it really was absolutely amazing. Thank you!

Tried to get in contact with owners, no answer. Was trying to get extra towels early in our stay and then check out early. Only ever received automated responses via Expedia messenger which I guess they don't see? Parking is fairly rough, don't rent a large vehicle. The lot to park in is on a VERY narrow street with other cars crammed up to the gated entrance. Great if you are in a small car or on foot! Booked for a week and was only given 2 trash bags, no recycle bags and 2 towels. The apartment itself is VERY nice but don't plan on doing much cooking if you stay in the smaller loft.
