"Staff were amazing. Very friendly, proactive and extremely responsive. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was well stocked and had all the basics. Would definitely stay again. "

"The staff for the most part were nice and helpful. Entering the hotel it was clean but once you get into the rooms it’s a whole different story. We called ahead to get our 2 rooms next to each other on a Thursday night and Friday night costing one room to be $700 for both nights for a wedding. We had booked one of rooms to have a tub in it due to have our BABY with us. Rooms were somewhat cleaned it could’ve been better for the $350 a night per room on a weekday! Room 1 with the shower still...

"Stayed 2 nights for a wedding in Fallbrook. Spacious room and well maintained/cleaned. Multiple breakfast options including coffees. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure for the shower was perfect. Dove products for body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Kitchen well stocked with cookware. Great stay for my family and I."

"The shower was stained and dirty. There were cigarette buds everywhere on the property and bedbugs. "

"The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full...

"The TV didn't work. The room had no air conditioning, the put a swamp cooler in there. We left for a few hours, when we came back to the room it smelled awful like trash, from the swamp cooler. We had to stay in that room until the next day, until a room came available "

"No, they ran out out of the main breakfast (eggs, potatoes, bacon ) before 9:00 am the hours were 6:30 to 9:30. A lot of people were turned away from eating an otherwise great breakfast. We asked and told that they were not going to open another batch of breakfast for the rest of the people standing there. Very poor planning from their kitchen staff and management, very unyielding. It’s a shame, because it could have been all around wonderful stay. "

"I was surprised how many weeds are growing on the property! Not sure why they would not take care of them. Makes you wonder what else is not being taken care of. Over all was nice. Towels were like sand paper, would bring my own if I stayed there very long. "

"Gaia Inn and Spa was super clean and tidy. Gorgeous location on top the hill with a beautiful scenery, clean pool and jacuzzi as well as patio that was great. The lobby was clean and tidy too and looked beautiful. Tho the continental breakfast was sufficient and good, i feel adding some pastries to it would make it complete. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time and stay. I highly recommend!"
