"The hotel was pretty good given the limited options that weren’t overpriced or in the park, especially given the vicinity to the entrance for Grand Canyon south rim. Two things of note. First, the window blinds in our suite or controlled by a wall mounted control but the one in the bedroom wasn’t functioning correctly or function sporadically. Not a dealbreaker, but it was a little annoying. The thing that probably annoyed us more was that our suite was across the street from the main hotel and so we would have to across the street to use the main pool, which would also be fine, but I saw that the breakfast menu that they had in our building was a little different than what was on the main building and that was probably the thing that I was most disappointed about because they had a better offering. So overall, the hotel was decent for the price we got, but there are a few quirks that could be better, especially in making sure that we get the same breakfast offer."

"Our stay here was amazing. I cannot say enough about how helpful and caring all the staff was! The only complaint was the gap under the door made it a little loud in the room but we shoved a blanket under it at night and it was fine! Oh and the breakfast was amazing with gluten free delicious options and whole yummy foods!!!! We will be back and are so excited about the new spa!!!!!!"
