"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

"No elevators, room was dirty and smelled funny, staff we very unfriendly. Hallway smelled like a dog pooped in it, but my understanding was pets weren't allowed. Breakfast was all carbs. Only fresh fruit was unripe bananas, bruised apples and oranges that were sour. The lady in the dining area was very attentive and helpful. She did a good job stocking the food and keeping the place clean. This was the only positive thing that caught my eye."

"We loved our room layout. We had a 2 queen room and it had one of the beds in a separate bedroom with another bathroom. This wasn’t a connecting room but was all in the one entry door. Room 5. Our son had been dehydrated from spending all day at the Grand Canyon. He ended up getting sick and made a mess of his bedding. We went to the front office in the morning to explain the situation and apologize and figure out what we needed to pay for additional cleaning. They were so gracious and kind and...
