"Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. I really appreciated their commitment to sustainability with refillable water and recycling. Would definitely come back!"

"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "

Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious! What truly sets Katerina Sarayi apart for me is Niko (the cat) and the outstanding service! I may have repeatedly emphasized on the service and hospitality but having stayed in many different hotels around the world I’ve never came across such a beautiful team! Looking forward to go back!
