"For the price, this hotel offers great value. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and having a washing machine downstairs was very convenient during our stay. One of the highlights is the scenic pool on the top floor with beautiful views. Keep in mind that this place is more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel, so don’t expect high-end amenities. However, if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with helpful staff and a great atmosphere, it’s definitely a good choice."

"Our 4 night stay at Adavillas was lovely. (2 families 8 pax) It is a complex of villas of two floor and a root garden on the top with a private swimming pool each. Our (deluxe level) had breathtaking views across Kusadasi Bay. The staff is really kind and available 24 hours a day for any need. To get around or get into the city you need to have a means of transport. Thank you for the pleasant stay"

"Window screens or AC in the first floor is a must. Both were missing hence we had a difficult time with mosquitoes. Otherwise, as a family we had really good time. We loved being close to shopping in walking distance. The management was quite responsive whenever we needed help with showers, wifi or door keys. Hand and foot towels would be a plus. "

"Pluses and minuses: Pluses: Clean room with beautiful view of the sea with a small balcony to watch the sunset and drink coffee. Location is great only a few yards from the beach. Good breakfast with reasonable price. Staff are polite and friendly. It has the amenities that a beachfront hotel should have such as a faucet near the hotel door to wash your feet that is full of sand and racks in the balcony to hung up your wet swim wear. Minuses: Bathroom doesn’t have ventilation or outside windows. Room Coffee and creamer are very low quality UNDRINKABLE. TV is just a decoration useless. It has 5-6 channels."

"The staff is especially helpful with recommendation of things to do, places to eat, and beaches to visit. Especially the front desk folks, Berkay, Enes, and Edris. The rooms were nice and the breakfast buffet was definitely needed. The location of the hotel is close to the Marina and you can easily walk to the city center which was a big plus for us."

"Strictly based on the room i used. The bathroom was too tiny that one can barely bend. I am happy it was only 1 night. Unless it was meant to be used by a child like 10 yrs old. One cannot bend to wash the feet. But overall its a good hotel n great breakfast too."
