客室冷蔵庫が少し小さいくて、お土産を冷蔵するのに困った‼️ フロントで預かって欲しかったけど一度敬遠されたので、頼みづらくなってやめた。 もう少し冷蔵庫の大きさを把握してくれれば気持ちよく頼れたのにと思う。 このホテルを使う時は、冷蔵庫は飲み物程度だけだと知っておこう。 他のホテルでは、ほとんど断られたことがなかった。 まして、一度入れてみてダメだったらとも言われたことが無かった。 ホテルサービスとは、壁に書いてあるサービスも大切だけど、はやり対面の思いやりが1番大切かと思います。日本人が日本のホテルを利用してるのだから、言葉の壁もなく伝わると思います。

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The shuttle service from narita is very convenient. The Lawson near the lobby is great if you need something quick. Very nice comfortable and convenient hotel for a quick stay.
