"Great stay"

"The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you."

"We use Holiday Inn a lot. They never fail always clean great breakfast. Great staff good quality all around. We use these a lot."

"Lora, at the desk was amazing. The room was clean but the air was a little musty and moist. Overall, the beds were comfy and we slept well."

"My card continues to be charged by them and they will not give me a reason why. On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening."

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"Bad cleaning, there were no towels, honor, cigarette, dog smell, etc."

"Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night"

"Best to avoid if travelling with family. As a room with a bed, it's fine. Only decaf coffee pods in room. The bed frame squeaked and rattled with any movement; I am not a big guy. Breakfast looked like it was from the covid era. There was a waffle iron and a pot of coffee. No fruit, yogurt, or anything else. The staff was nice."

I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are not actually what the rooms look like. I told the man at the front I booked a room with double beds. He claimed that was the last room available. I told him since they did not deliver on the correct room I booked there would be no other...

"The room itself was clean and up to date. The hallway was not air conditioned or clean. There was the aroma of pot in the hallway at all times. The hotel is located right behind two gas stations and on a busy road. It was noisy. The breakfast left much to be desired. They had bread, but no toaster. Two cereals with one being almost empty and very little milk. While they had waffles available to be made there was nothing else offered but juice and coffee.
