"Clean room nice staff"

"The room and everything about the hotel was a 10/10 minus nothing! I enjoyed the comfortability and accessibility to luxury! I will definitely be there again and again! The staff were nice and helpful! The only thing I suggest is having cutlery and plates, dishwashing soap in the sink and kitchen area. I had the studio king suite"

"The bedroom was not fitted for handicapped especially if you have a wheelchair. The hallway in the 16th floor smelled smoke and carpet was dirty even in the bedroom. The hot water came on after 30 minutes of waiting and the water pressure was so slow. The highlight of our stay was the behavior and attitude of one of the front desk employee. She was very sarcastic, she thinks she can just yell at me. She needs to go back to school and learn, good manners and right conduct. I do not recommend...

"It was far from any shopping, and nowhere near a supermarket....so guests were basically sequestered there unless they had a car. "

"The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed "

"Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???"

"I’ve stayed in this hotel before, and I have to say that the woman who is in charge of the breakfast bar is one of the most unpleasant and rudest people I’ve encountered in any hotel. Rather than starting the day with a smile, she is just plain nasty!!"

"The staff was really helpful and patient. They also spoke in passing. The room was clean and spacious, they also have small amenities in the kitchen that were useful. I really enjoyed my stay."
