Manager Justin was always ready to help with anything we needed, and Ronaldo was fantastic during our zipline experience—professional and supportive. The staff truly makes this place shine and creates an atmosphere that feels both adventurous and comforting. A few areas for improvement: The rooms unfortunately lacked functional charging options. While there were two USB ports, they didn’t work—not just in our room but in others as well. We had to rely on the dining room or lobby to charge our devices, which was inconvenient. There was also no hot water in the rooms at all, which can be tough after long, active days in the rainforest. The Lake Sandoval tour itself was beautiful and well worth doing, but the meal provided during the tour was quite disappointing. For a $70 experience, we expected more than two very basic sandwiches—one with dry pulled chicken, the other with a small piece of cheese on dry bread—especially after seeing other groups enjoy more complete meals.
