"Room was mostly clean but bathroom had mold on the ceiling and stained fixtures. My bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. They promised breakfast on the listing, but this hotel does NOT offer breakfast, not even packages snacks."

"Our room was really dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. The mirror was dirty. There was no stopper for the bathtub and no toilet paper and dirty towels with blood or some kind of stain on it. Some of the accommodations they give you for the coffee was used by prior. Customers were never discarded by housekeeping and was just left in the same place. They display them in the bathroom had toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet, but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The water pressure was very bad and we had no hot water. It was just warm. They had some really rowdy guests at 2 o’clock in the morning yelling and crying the whole hotel lobby smelled like marijuana overall day was horrible. The pool had a sign saying it was closed, but then when we asked about it, the clerk said they they only put up that sign when there’s nobody at the front desk so people won’t use the pool but he would remove the sign if we wanted to use it I would not recommend anybody to stay here. The outside was terrible. Looks like it’s been under construction for 20 Years."

"This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. The ice machine was in tip top shape producing lots of ice quickly. The pool was super clean and well-organized. The breakfast offered real silverware, real plates, and ceramic coffee mugs along with plenty of breakfast choices; including a fresh variety of fruits. The bed was so comfy, I over-slept! LOL! The owner/manager/Jerry was so fun to talk to and so friendly. I'm looking forward to booking my next visit soon with this hotel. Everyone there made me feel very welcome."
