"Great facilities and excellent staff! "

"This was a great hotel to land for a couple nights in Plettenberg. The staff was delightful especially upon our arrival we were a bit frazzled from a long drive and Kima greeted us to help us Park and get our bags to our room. The in Hotel restaurant is excellent, we ate the oxtail and the breakfast is fabulous. Two doors away is a place called 11 that we rented bikes from. "Wonderful location, super friendly staff"

"We really enjoyed our stay and we can recommend to Come there."

"Fantastic location. Amazing staff, a unique dining experience. Highly recommended for a 2-3 night min stop over."

"Hotel was great. Friendly staff, great room, very clean."

"This was a nice find with superb hosts. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Very recommended stay. "

"A nice resort for families with young children. Well appointed room with a functional kitchenette. Bright and cheery place."

"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."
